Our goal is to strengthen our Islamic community through our youth. We will use martial arts principles to reinforce Islamic foundations such as discipline and loyalty, thereby enhancing the Muslim upbringing of our future generation. We will be gathering the young ones in the house of Allah and providing both a rigorous mental and physical activity. The following are a few of the many Martial Arts aspects imparted to our students through our training program:

Kata- A series of movements intended to simulate possible defensive techniques for various scenarios that each student must commit to memory.

Weapons- Students will become proficient in the handling of various traditional and modern weaponry.

Sparring (Fighting) – Our Karate ka will learn various forms of competitive fighting to include point-sparring, continuous sparring, and full contact sparring.

Self-Defense- In addition to sparring, students will be instructed on the proper procedure to defend themselves against assailants in real world applications.

Cardio/Physical Training- Health and wellness through full body exercises.

Throughout the training curriculum students will be tested based on their knowledge and physical ability two to three times a year. The ranks of our belt system are listed below:

  • White
